Step 1:<\/h2>\n

Open a image you like to convert to a pop art image. I will use this image.<\/P>

Step : 2<\/h2>\n

Duplicate the layer and change the mode of the duplicate layer to \u201cColor Dodge<\/strong>\u201d.<\/P>
\n\"step1-duplicate-layer\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Press Ctrl + I to invert the duplicate image. This makes the image appears white.<\/P><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/h2>\n

Apply Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur to the duplicate layer. You will see a colored line drawing start to appear. When you increase the blur strength that controls the line strength. Don\u2019t you think it\u2019s cool?<\/p>\n

Now create a new Threshold Adjustment layer. Also create a new layer and paint with white color to remove the unwanted spots in the image<\/p>\n

Go to Edit > Fill > Pattern<\/strong> Choose the pattern and apply.<\/p>\n
