Hey guys one more Photoshop tutorial around here, now in this time i will show you how to create an box icon in Photoshop.This is very simple and effective technique. I hope you will enjoy this tutorials.<\/p>\n

Here\u2019s the effect we\u2019re going for:<\/p>\n

Step# 1<\/h4>\n

Open photoshop and create a new document, mine is 567\u00d7464px<\/strong> with a white background.<\/p>\n

Step# 2<\/h4>\n

Select the rectangle tool<\/strong> make sure you\u2019ve got those options selected.<\/p>\n

\"box-icon-step-a\"<\/p>\n

Make a rectangle, name the layer front.<\/p>\n

\"box-icon-step-1\"<\/p>\n

Step# 3<\/h4>\n

Now Fill the rectangle with #af915b<\/strong>
\n\"box-icon-step-2\"<\/p>\n

Step# 4<\/h4>\n

Apply a inner shadow<\/strong> for your rectangle box.
\n\"box-icon-step-3-a\"<\/p>\n

The rectangle should look like this.<\/p>\n

Step# 5<\/h4>\n

Make new layer the name of new layer is top<\/strong> and select pen tool, Place it on top of the original rectangle then select the Free Transform Tool<\/strong> Ctrl+T, now reduce the height and go to Edit \u2013 Transform \u2013 Perspective<\/strong> and move one the top corner inside till you have a box shape.<\/p>\n

Step# 6<\/h4>\n

Now Fill the top<\/strong> layer with #e1cea4<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your Box look like this<\/p>\n

Step# 7<\/h4>\n

Apply a inner shadow<\/strong> for your top<\/strong> layer box.
\n\"box-icon-step-5-a\"<\/p>\n

Step: 8<\/h4>\n

Create black line on the new layer and reduce the opacity 40%<\/strong> duplicate this black line, move it one step back and reduce the opacity 20%<\/strong>.
\n\"box-icon-step-6\"<\/p>\n

Step# 11<\/h4>\n

Create a white stripe on the top, select the Free Transform Tool<\/strong> Ctrl+T and right click select Perspective then pull one top corner inside. Now select the Pen Tool<\/strong> and create white stripe and place the shape under,select the Free Transform Tool<\/strong> Ctrl+T and right click select Perspective then pull second bottom corner inside. merge these two layer and reduce the opacity 40%.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

The box should look like this.<\/p>\n

Step# 12<\/h4>\n

Select text tool and type text on front.

Now apply some effect<\/p>\n
