Open the image in Photoshop. For example I\u2019m using this image. Here you can download from Here<\/a>

Create a new Layer, Select Brush Tool <\/strong> and choose 60px brush with this colour “004eff<\/strong>” <\/p>\n

Your image should look like this;

Now do some magic<\/strong><\/p>\n

Change the Blend mode of this new top layer to Hue<\/strong>
