Step : 1

Open the image in Photoshop. For example I’m using this image. Here you can download from Here

Step : 2

Duplicate Background Image (CTRL+J) and go to Image > Adjustments > Desaturate

Step : 3

Now add some blur, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur

Your Image Should look like this

Step : 4

Final Step go to Filter > Texture > Grain with the following settngs:

Intensity: 5
Contrast: 1
Grain Type: Vertical
